Nothing but good words to say for this agency. They helped me when I needed a property and I got moved in smoothly. Kept in touch for the entire tenancy with annual visits and heating testing. When I moved out my deposit was returned the day my tenancy finished which was very helpful. The landlord was also very helpful throughout if I ever needed anything.
